New bag — FAIL

As I rode home last night, I quickly realized that the new bag was not working very well. I had already had trouble fitting everything in and now I was having trouble seeing around the bag when looking over my shoulder. It rode too high on my back and created awful blind spots.

Unfortunately ( or fortunately, if your name is Cliff), I’m going back to my old bag and giving the new bag to Cliff. The search for a new bag continues…

New commuter bag

My old backpack is at least 12 years old, so it was definitely time for a new bag. But I’ve struggled to find just the right bag. I finally sucked it up and bought a Timbuktu backpack. Today is my first time using it and while I like the bag I’m not totally convinced that it is THE bag.
